Ceremonial presentation of Scholarship Diplomas to technical school students

On October 11th, during a grand ceremony in the Warsaw City Hall, Ola Kisiel and Piotr Sarniak from the Technical and General Education School Complex no. 1 in Warsaw, received their scholarship diplomas. It was the first time in the history of EFC that the Foundation gave scholarships to technical school students. The Deputy Warsaw City Mayor, Włodzimierz Paszyński, gave an inspiring speech, in which he underlined the impact that the EFC Foundation has on the education of Polish youth. The ceremony was attended by representatives of the School Complex, principal Sławomir Kasprzak and Monika Piskorska, Ola and Piotr’s class teacher. Representatives of the EFC Foundation were also there - Igor Czernecki, chairwoman of the Foundation Board, Emilia Gromadowska, president of the Foundation Board, and Andrzej Piękoś, regional coordinator of the Mazowieckie province, where Ola and Piotr are from.
