We know the winners of the participatory budget contest!

Several weeks ago we received applications from schools that work with the EFC Foundation as part of the Horizons Scholarship Program. The Edward Dembowski High School from Zielona Góra won the contest - this is where we will help the school staff to plan, execute and evaluate the participatory budgeting process. The winning school will also receive financial support.
