We wrapped up the 2nd Annual Foundation Meeting!

27th of May, the Sobański Palace in Warsaw - this is when and where the II Annual Foundation Meeting took place. We had a great pleasure of organizing this event together with the Polish Donor’s Forum and the Polish Business Roundtable.

It is the second time the EFC Foundation hosted this unique initiative. The meeting was a rare opportunity to talk about family philanthropy and involving the young generation in philanthropic activity. We gathered fantastic guests - founders of family foundations together with their children and spouses, as well as those, who are interested in becoming involved in philanthropy. The guests discussed the challenges family foundations face regarding the transition of leadership to younger family members and exchanged experiences centered around their philanthropic endeavours.

We also had the honor of welcoming a special guest, Donzelina Barroso from Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors.

Together with our partners, family foundations representatives and all our guests, we managed to create a common space for ongoing exchange of knowledge and experience among those, who wish to consistently engage in philanthropy.
